This course introduces programming and inventing using Micro:bits microcontrollers. Campers will use the online MakeCode development environment, Micro:bits, and hardware components to build their own games, circuits, and devices. Topics include:
- Getting started with micro:bits
- Sensors and actuators
- Sounds and movement
- Project design and final project

- The CLS STEM+ Lab follows CDC and local COVID-19 guidelines.
- Camp includes use of computers and equipment in the CLS STEM+ lab in the Roanoke Higher Education Center.
