WHICH BROWSER?
Firefox is the preferred browser but you should be able to access the site in Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
EMAIL ACCESS DURING SESSION
Prepare to access your Email during the HUBS session for authentication purposes. You can do this with your phone or with email open in another tab.

Review the STEM+ Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy.
STEM+ SESSION FORM
Complete the STEM+ Session Form including the parent/guardian approval section for participants under 13.

 

In Hubs

Your room link first brings you to the room lobby. Click on Enter Room


Choose Device: Select Enter on Screen


Audio: Mute by microphone should be on.
Click Enter Now

SET NAME & AVATAR
From upper left menu, Select Name & Avatar. Change the auto-assigned name to your first name and last initial .
You may also choose a different avatar before clicking on Accept
